Registration Guidelines for Participating Parents and Children
Before registering for the AOL CAMPS kindly go through guidelines given below:
1. Children will be given separate accommodation along with other kids and not with parents (in case parents are doing some course in the ashram).
2. There will be 5 kids in each room.
3. Parents must provide – RTPCR report or 2 vaccination doses administered certificate.
4. Children must provide doctor’s certificate stating that they do not have any symptoms of COVID 19
5. UY/MY1/ MY2 courses will be taken with proper social distancing but if children, in their enthusiasm break it, the teacher, volunteer or Ashram shall not be held responsible for the same.
6. Only 35 kids per course will be taken
7. The following forms need to be duly filled and signed by the parents on arrival:
a. Children and Teens Program Registration form
b. Consent form affirming that parents are fully aware of the risks involved in the current COVID pandemic and are ready to let their child participate in the Ashram Courses and follow proper sanitization guidelines.
c. Declaration form stating that after going home if any participant or their family member tests Covid positive; then ashram, the organizer, volunteer or AOL teachers shall not be held responsible for the same.
8. If within 10 days of leaving the Ashram, the participant or the parent is tested positive, then they should immediately inform the Ashram and Teachers so that all other participants could be cautioned about the same.
9. We discourage participants who have cough/cold or any respiratory problems like asthma to register during these times.
10. Wearing mask throughout the stay is mandatory.
11. Participant must carry their own masks/ face shield and sanitizer and must keep sanitizing themselves on a regular basis.
12. During the course if any participant shows symptoms of COVID -19 then the participant will be immediately made to self-isolate and may even have to leave the Ashram premises. In that case Credit note will be given to the participant which can be later utilized.
13. Kindly bring your immunity kit and medicines and take it daily (one can buy it from Ashram if required)
14. All the rooms will be well sanitized before allotting to a participant; a clean set of blankets, bed sheets etc will be provided in every room. However, if you wish to get your own blankets, you are free to do so.
15 . Parents are requested to send duly signed hard copy registration form along with your ward.
16. Registration and payment for children and parents courses has to be done online through the links given on our website. Additional 500/- per child has to be paid in AOLCAMPS account as charges for outdoor activities . Take a screenshot of the payment receipt and upload in registration form.

2 . For Medha Yoga II -
a. For 5 sharing room accommodation 5500 (Ashram Payment link) + 500 for outdoor activities (to be transferred in AOLCAMPS account) = 6000/-
b. For dormitory accommodation 5000 (Ashram Payment link) + 500 for outdoor activities (to be transferred in AOLCAMPS account) = 5500/-
Following Activities will be conducted during the Camp:
Trekking, Archery, Rifle Shooting, Tent Pitching, Relay Games, Boating, Art & Craft, Obstacle Race
For Prajna Yoga Participants :
1. Stay for all Prajna Yoga participants will be provided in the Dormitory. Parents accompanying will also have to stay in the dormitory with charges of Rs. 400 per day.
2. Only 2-day repeaters have to pay additional food and accommodation charges of Rs.400 in addition to Rs. 1500.
3. Upgrade students and new participants do not have to pay any additional charges ( food and accommodation charges are included in their donation)
4. One day repeaters are not allowed this time as per the COVID guidelines of the ashram
